I have used Love for a new minisplit HVAC installation and maintenance. I made the mistake of briefly going with a corporate company for maintenance. The corporate group quoted me $2000 to repair a part that was still under the manufacturer's warranty (for a few hours of labor). It seemed insane, so I reached back out to Love. They quickly did the leg work, ordered the part, and completed the job promptly at about 20% of the quoted price from the big guys!! Honest people and dependable service. I will never call anyone else. Keep up the good work guys!

We had a question a few weeks later about the thermostat settings, and a knowledgeable serviceman came back to the house to show us how to properly program the thermostat. Years later we had another question, and they still had our unit information on file and could answer our question over the phone. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.
